SR-RF series is more flexible than ever, no limitation in yarns. This new model is equipped with both round yarn and flat yarn let-of systems (beam and Slitting & Extension Machine) in one machine and it could manufacture fabrics in complete round yarn, flat yarn, or fabric in mixed yarn.  The control panel of this series adopts inverters to control speed. Several inverters control the motions of different functions let machine operate conveniently and adjust easily.

The efficiency of knitting machine will be more than 10% if it matches slitting & extension machine.  Because of its steady yarn feeding, the machine can raise the quality of fabric also the waste rate is just half of creel type.  But if customer had flat yarn making machine already, we would offer creel as yarn let off system to correspond with customer's demand. 

Model SR-R series, it was Single needle bed Raschel knitting machine which design for making the Round yarn (mono yarn) in all different kind of raw material, for example Nylon, PE, PP etc.  The control panel of this series adopts inverters to control speed which let machine operate conveniently and adjust easily.

Model SR-F series is Single needle bed Raschel knitting machine, designed for making the flat yarn products.  The control panel of this series adopts inverters to control speed. Several inverters control the motions of different functions let machine operate conveniently and adjust easily.

There are three kinds of yarn let off systems in this series: round yarn, flat yarn or the mixture of both. Beam is suitable for round yarn (we also manufacture direct type PE monofilament making machine to offer PE round yarn), another slitting & extension machine and creel are suitable for flat yarn.

Slitting & extension machine is a progressive flat yarn feeding equipment. The efficiency of knitting machine will be more than 90% if match slitting & extension machine. Because of its steady yarn feeding, the machine can raise the quality of fabric and the waste rate is just half of creel type. But if customer had flat yarn making machine already, we will offer creel as yarn let off system for corresponding with customer's necessity.

The control panel of this series knitting machines adopts inverters to control speed. Several inverters control the motions of different functions and connect with a synchrotron to make complete control, also operate conveniently and adjust easily.

High Speed Reschel Knitting Machine

Description

Model DR1-42 is special model for making tubular mesh packing bag, the modification is under the base of our DR serious. It can make continuous tubular bags, is suit for all of agriculture products auto packing, especially for small package using in super market and shopping center.

The advantage of DR1-42 is high out put, perfect yarn feeding system and flexible size adjustment. The same mesh but different size bags will be made in the same time. The performance is higher than the traditional circular knitting machine.

The size of bag is determined by the yarn numbers and mesh size. This machine is equipped with 12 gauges / inch latch needle, within 1008 yarn numbers; it can knit different size of bags in the same machine and no need to change the cylinder.

Slitting and Extension Machine: SE-120-T
Slitting and extension machine is a progressive flat yarn feeding equipment or can be said it is instead of flat yarn making machine and creel stand system, and including both of flat yarn making machine and creel stand function. It is more flexible than the flat yarn making machine, no matter it is PP or PE, it can easily offer us the required denier yarn. Further, it can also offer the yarn from100 denier to 1,000 denier by adjusting the slitting and extension machine. Low denier yarn is the key point of tubular mesh bag and only with our SE serious machine can offer knitting machine perfect performance in low denier.
